Kristin Ann Cotts is a singer,songwriter, guitarist, pianist, composer,actor, and activist.
As a singer-songwriter, she has played solo and with her band at a wide variety of venues including the House of Blues and FitzGerald's in Berwyn. She has shared the stage with Maria Muldaur and Karla Bonoff, among others.
In October, 2024, she played a lead role in Forgotten: Murder at the Ford Rouge as a blues-singing Nazi-hating version of Clara Ford, who tells Henry What's What.
She has released four full-length albums: Spatial Relations, Gravity the Moon, Ghost Flower, and Uprooted, a fractured fairy-tale about class struggle and reolution, which was performed as a concert reading in Chicago. Kristin recently completed a second full-length musical called Colomba, based on the nineteenth century novel by Prosper Mérimée. Her short play Unconventional was part of the 2022 Jersey City Theatre Center New Plays Festival.
Kristin has also written and produced film scores for several award winning films, including Robox (Bubba Murray), Breakfast at Ina's, and Jo (April A. Wilson).
